Methods of assessing the quality of services in medical institutions

Abstract

Object:  In the article, based on the analysis of theoretical approaches to the methods of evaluating serv

cation of one of the most reasonable and comprehensive approach of the method of qualimetry, which wa

 conditions and specifics of the activities of medical institutions, is determined.

Method: Desk research of theoretical materials based on a review of theoretical sources, marketing resea

of expert evaluation.

Findings: The analysis of theoretical sources made it possible to determine which methods of assessing q

meters are the most acceptable and effective in  the field of medical services. An adapted model for asse

y of services in the field of medicine is presented on the basis of an expert assessment.

Conclusions:  Taking into account the results of the study, it can be concluded that the presented m

metry for assessing the quality characteristics of medical services will allow to  define more deeply and

eaknesses in the service process and assess the indicators of consumer satisfaction with medical services.
