- The impact of external labor migration on the development of the national economy is determined by the bal-ance of the labor market and is a factor in the economic security of the state.
- The negative consequences of the emigration of the economically active population, qualified personnel for the national economy necessitate state regulation of migration processes, as well as the development of new conceptual approaches to studying the problem of external labor migration to neutralize its negative consequences for socio -economic development.
