Results: The logistics market of the Republic of Kazakhstan is at the initial stage of development. The digitalization of the logistics market is also being carried out at a slow pace, which can be seen from the small number of digitized and innovative enterprises. The disunity of market participants in Kazakhstan, as well as the lack of a unified ecosystem of the IoT and coordinated efforts of market participants to develop the industry continue to hinder its growth and development. Conclusions: Within the framework of the Digital Kazakhstan program, a number of steps are gradually being implemented, an intelligent transport system, toll roads, and digital means of payment are being put into operation. These are the initial steps of logistics development in the digital economy. The transit potential, the presence of a transport and logistics hub, the digitalization tools being introduced open up all opportunities for the development of the country’s logistics, it is only necessary to be able to use it. Therefore, it is important to promptly digitalize logistics.
