Positions of family and gender policy in Kazakhstan and their support by society and the state

Object: This article analyzes modern gender processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan through the prism of society and the state. The main problems of achieving gender equality at the legislative and institutional level, the problems of economic progress of women in Kazakhstan are identified.
Methods: An institutional and regulatory framework has been created for the effective implementation of gender policy in the country. In order to ensure gender equality in all spheres of Kazakhstani society at the highest state level, important methods of the gender policy institute were used - the National Commission for Women, Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Results: The article gives recommendations on the implementation of equal rights and equal opportunities for men and women, as well as on creating conditions for their equal participation in all spheres of society, as declared in the
Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in international acts to which Kazakhstan has joined. Conclusions: On the basis of the conducted methodology, the gender policy of the state in Kazakhstan includes norms and standards, frameworks and directions for development, restrictions and freedoms that allow the formation of new social relations that ensure maximum gender equality in all areas, accepted stereotypes. in a certain society, with a certain mode of production and specific historical relations, a system of ideas and rules was determined.
