Agricultural bank as an infrastructural element of sustainable economic growth of the agroindustrial complex of Kazakhstan

Object: The correct state policy aimed at supporting agriculture and the implementation of targeted programs made possible the significant development of the agroindustrial complex in Kazakhstan. In this regard, the agricultural sector has become an important element of the country's sustainable economic growth. One of the key factors of success is the establishment of the Agricultural Bank, which provides financial support for the development of the industry and the provision of quality products for the domestic market. The purpose of the work is to consider the features of sustainable economic growth of the agricultural sector in Kazakhstan.
Methods: The authors used general scientific methods of cognition: Structural-functional, system analysis, focused on a comprehensive consideration of social life, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and analogy.
Findings: There are various approaches to the sustainable economic growth of modern agro-industrial complex. We can note the approaches to the creation of new production capacities, which will be achieved by improving the mechanisms of investment subsidies, subsidizing interest rates on loans and leasing, loan guarantees and insurance, expanding the instruments of preferential financing and directions of subsidies, institutional development of the system of credit partnerships.
Conclusions: The obtained results of the study in the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan can be the basis for making informed decisions and strategies in the sphere of activity. This data can help the government of Kazakhstan to develop effective strategies and state regulation measures to eliminate the problems in the agro-industrial sector. The conclusions obtained in the study can also help to identify the most promising areas for investment, direction of budgetary funds, as well as the creation of support mechanisms for small and medium-sized producers and other important aspects.
