Application of advanced foreign experience in human resources management in international companies of Kazakhstan

The article considers the issues of human resources management, which are the main priority directions of the human resources policy of companies in economically developed countries. In foreign countries, effective human resources policy practices in large companies with international status. International experience shows that the level of effectiveness in international companies depends on the potential of its human resource and on the competently built personnel management system, since human capital is one of the most important components of organizations. It is necessary to take into account cultural differences of the country in order to apply foreign experience, since the management style in different countries mostly depends on its culture. Russian, American, Japanese and British cultural peculiarities were compared with the cultural parameters of Kazakhstan. The Hofstede table was used for the analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was revealed that American and Japanese human resources management policies can be adopted for companies in Kazakhstan, taking into account country’s national differences. However, due to the differences in culture in the US, Japan and Kazakhstan, it is necessary that the integration of suitable approaches of these countries into Kazakhstan's management culture has been carried out gradually.
