Abstract

The logistical system of foreign countries is considered as a complex system of integrated elements. In modern conditions, logistics is the direction of transport services in the production, distribution and consumption of products. Highlighted regional logistics systems of the USA, Japan, and Western European countries are developing in important directions, the adaptation of which will allow to Kazakhstan to have a developed logistic system for the country's participation in world commodity markets.The US transport logistics system for the delivery of grain to the domestic and foreign markets is considered. In this system, grain is transported through networks of roads, railways, river channels, ports. It is determined that the infrastructure allows companies and corporations to significantly reduce costs in logistics. The system of international transport routes of Russia, formed on the basis of the Eurasian corridor of the «Transsib» highway, a ramified system of seaports, railways and road networks, navigable routes, international airports, has been singled out. This all made it possible to single out an industry basis that allowed the Russian Federation to carry out transit transportations ensuring the competitiveness of logistics systems. The process of formation of large logistics holdings in the Russian Federation is intensively continuing with the expansion of the range of transportation services and the volume of operations. And the main factor in the growth of the market of logistic services for grain transportation is the access of large logistics providers to the regions and the implementation of large-scale network projects in the warehouse services market.
